Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about natural skincare and beauty, and enjoys interacting with customers to help them meet their skincare goals. The Sales Associate will provide expert advice, demonstrate product benefits, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers, providing personalized consultations to understand their skincare needs.
Recommend and demonstrate products that align with natural and organic practices.
Drive sales by educating customers on the benefits of our skincare products.
Meet or exceed personal and store sales targets.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of ingredients, product benefits, and industry trends.
Ensure merchandise is well-stocked and presented attractively.
Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
Handle customer inquiries and issues with a focus on service excellence.
Attend training and development sessions to stay current on skincare knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

Experience in sales or customer service, with a preference for backgrounds in cosmetics or skincare.
Strong passion for and knowledge of natural and organic beauty products.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Proficient with technology, including basic computer and POS system operations.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in cosmetology or related fields is advantageous.
