Position Summary:

As a Business Development Lead, you will be instrumental in expanding our brand’s reach within the wellness industry, specifically targeting spas and salons. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing profitable relationships with business partners, enhancing brand visibility, and driving sales of our natural and organic beauty products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the wellness sector, including spas, salons, and other potential retail partners.
  • Outreach and Relationship Management: Conduct outreach to potential partners through cold calling, emailing, and networking at industry events. Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and explore new avenues for partnership expansion.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to the needs of potential partners. Negotiate terms of partnership and distribution agreements to achieve favorable conditions for NORM.
  • Collaboration and Strategy Development: Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with the brand’s goals and partner expectations. Provide feedback from the market to help shape marketing campaigns and product developments.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, ensuring that business objectives are met and adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize results.
  • Education and Training: Educate partners about NORM’s products and values, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to represent our brand effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or health sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for natural and organic products and a commitment to sustainable practices.
