From Scarborough to Shelves Across Canada: NORM at CHFA NOW Toronto 2026
September 29, 2026
Every Canadian brand has a moment when the vision starts to feel bigger than the place where it began.
For NORM, CHFA NOW Toronto 2026 was one of those moments.
For the first time, NORM stepped onto the floor of Canada’s premier natural, organic and wellness trade show, introducing a Scarborough-born skincare company to the wider health, wellness and CPG industry.
Over the weekend, Founder & CEO Chevon Riley and the NORM team built relationships across the industry — from independent retailers to major retailers like Loblaw, and from emerging distribution partners to established Canadian distributors like Purity Life. Just as meaningful were the relationships strengthened within the CHFA community and with fellow Canadian brands, including Three Ships and DAVIDsTEA.
What happened on the show floor represented something much bigger than business cards and product samples.
NORM entered CHFA with two new retail locations secured and a vision of reaching 1,000 stores across Canada.
And the timing matters.
Canadian consumers and retailers are paying closer attention to the brands being built here at home. For NORM, that creates an opportunity — and a responsibility — to show what Canadian beauty can look like on the national and eventually global stage.
That story starts in Scarborough.
NORM was built there with a simple belief: skincare should be done right the first time. Today, that belief is moving from direct-to-consumer into retail, backed by the same commitment to thoughtful formulations, simplicity and trust that built the brand from the beginning.
CHFA NOW was NORM’s introduction to a much larger industry.
The next chapter is getting NORM onto shelves across Canada.
From Scarborough, with something Canadian to offer the world.
