Every great story begins somewhere. For NORM, that place is Scarborough.

At the Nova Star Awards 2026, NORM proudly joined the celebration as an in-kind sponsor, supporting an event dedicated to recognizing Canada's next generation of talent in fashion, modelling, performance and the creative arts.

Founded by three industry mothers, Loralie, Tara and Vanessa, and now led by Melissa Chung Productions, Nova Star Awards was built on a simple belief: young talent deserves to be seen, celebrated and given opportunities to shine.

That belief resonates deeply with NORM.

As a Canadian skincare brand founded in Scarborough, NORM understands the importance of turning ambition into opportunity. What began as a vision by Founder & CEO Chevon Riley has grown into a business expanding its presence across Canada, demonstrating what determination, community and entrepreneurship can achieve.

Throughout the event, NORM welcomed guests to its sampling station, sharing its approach to simple, thoughtful skincare while giving attendees an opportunity to experience the brand firsthand. NORM also celebrated the occasion by giving away gift baskets valued at over $500, adding a little extra excitement to an evening dedicated to recognizing young talent.

But beyond the products and giveaways, NORM's participation represented something greater.

It was about showing the next generation that success can begin right here in Scarborough.

Whether through entrepreneurship, entertainment, fashion or the arts, the future belongs to those willing to dream, create and take ownership of their opportunities.

As NORM continues its journey toward becoming a leading Canadian beauty brand, moments like Nova Star Awards serve as a reminder that building a successful business is only part of the story. Equally important is using that success to support others and inspire those who come next.

From Scarborough to the stars, NORM is proud to celebrate the talent of today while helping inspire the leaders of tomorrow.
